Came to Knoxville (first visit) for a concert. Katharine Knaps checked us in and she was super sweet and helpful Helped us with transportation and restaurants in the area! The room was very nice. Only compliant was from my husband and he did't think the bed was comfortable but I slept like a baby. Knoxville was very nice and clean. Felt very safe walking around. We are from Louisville, Ky and unfortunately I can not say the same for our downtown area :(

Friendly staff from the start. Makes all the difference. Great location, walking distance to a lot of what we wanted. Kids enjoyed the pool as kids do. Included breakfast was and enjoyable and filling

The staff was amazing and so accommodating. We needed another night due to an unexpected snowstorm, and they were extremely helpful. They also helped us with locating places that were open to eat.
